Unionbank Eon Visa Debit Card

STEP 1:

Please Go to the Nearest Unionbank Branch and BRING the following:

1. Php 350 (for the annual fee of Eon card)
2. 2 VALID IDs (ie. PRC ID, TIN, Company ID, SSS, GSIS, School ID, and others)
3. Php 500 (for the starting balance of the card)
>>> Eon card has no maintaining balance. But we suggest
loading your card Php 500 as a starting balance for
activation purposes at online banking <<<
4. Wait for your card to arrive (preferably sent to a Unionbank branch)
Wait about a week (if residing within Metro Manila)
Wait for about 3-4 weeks (if residing outside Metro Manila)


STEP 2:

How to ACTIVATE your Card at ONLINE banking

1. Go to www.unionbankph.com
2. Click EON CYBER ACCOUNT logo
>>> then you will be redirected to a new window <<<
3. Click ENROLL HERE you can find it below
Start banking online with your Eon
4. Enter your Card Number and ATM PIN
5. Then wait for 3-5 days for the Activation Process
>>> sometimes, activation process is completed for only 24 hours <<<



Smart Money Card

Activate your Smart Money Account via your SMART mobile phone.

Step 1.

Option No.1:

1. Text MONEY to 343
2. Enter desired W-PIN (6 digits)
3. Re-enter W-PIN, Press OK
4. Choose "Get Account" Press OK
5. Select BDO
6. Wait for you confirmation message

Option No.2:

1. Go to SMART MENU and select SMART MONEY
2. Choose any transaction
3. Follow steps 2 to 6 on the option no. 1.


STEP 2:

Once you have successfully activated your "Smart Money Account"
Please go to the Nearest Smart Wireless Center at your Place.

And submit the following:

1. A completely filled up SMART MONEY application form
2. Photocopy of a VALID ID
3. Php 30.00 for Processing Fee

*Photocopy of a VALID ID

For Minors: Photo bearning SCHOOL ID signed by the Principal or School Head
For Adults: Passport, Drive's License, PRC Card, NBI Clearance, Police Clearance,
Postal ID, Voter's ID, GSIS e-Card, SSS Card, OWWA ID, OFW ID, or Company ID


3: Wait for your card to arrive.

Wait about 3 days (if residing within Metro Manila)
Wait for about 7 days (if residing outside Metro Manila)
